Bitchin Kitchen is a Mexican restaurant for people who love to complain. The menu is meant to cater to people’s cravings by having all customizable orders while targeting and identifying each dish with a pessimistic attitude. The logo has a fun and energetic mark suggesting foul language with some attitude. The backgrounds and patterns have grunge textures and imperfections adding to the overall design and concept. Additionally, an app was created for pick-up so people can order on the go, strut right in, and pick it up with no hassle and no waits - so no complaints!
As someone who has dealt with all the bitchin’ and whining within the food industry, when presented with the task to create a restaurant identity, my mind immediately jumped to all the interesting experiences I’ve had. I knew I had to create a restaurant that exemplified these experiences and environments.
